“MENTAL and PHYSICAL.” fitness is the Path to the world of Self-Confidence, it not only benefits the training for “Mind and Body,” it also begins the “Healing Process” due to sickness and injuries.
When you Practice (time of day) is as important as How you Practice, two hours before Dawn, before the Activities of the Conscious World begins is the IdeaL time. 9pm (retire), 4am (rise), these are the hours of Practice for the student in Training, whether it be Actor, Athlete, Military, etc. Mind and Body responds to this Regime more “Quickly and Assuredly,” it enhances Fitness and prepares the Mind and Body for the Exercises of “OUTSIDE IN.”
“OUTSIDE IN” is the lever through which other Factors transfer their “FORCE,” and this is How “Self-Confidence” and Confidence” is developed.
The other factors are, the Mind and Body can Heal it self, but first you must prepare it “Mentally and Physically,” partnering them with the “UNIVERSAL ENERGY” that surrounds us, brings the “Sub-Conscious Mind” into play.
“Universal Energy” does not dwell within us, it surrounds us, like Breath, breathing in and out, it goes through us and as it does, it heals and it is the process of “OUTSIDE IN” that makes this happen. What creates “Self-Confidence” is what the focus of Practice should be. It Creates “CHARISMA,” the Key ingredient for Success in an Audition. Because ‘Charisma” is what they sense, not what they see or hear.
“Mental and Physical” fitness coupled with “Universal Energy,” should be the Focus of all “Training and Practice,” it should begin there and end there.”
