THE FIVE REGIMENS of PRACTICE

The “FIVE REGIMENS of PRACTICE”
COMMITMENT
DISCIPLINE
PASSION
TRUST
&
“PATIENCE”

“COMMITMENT” and “DISCIPLINE” means: “Order,” “Dedication,” it means one convenes each day at the same time, the same place to practice the same thing, over and over, it signals to the “Gods,” “Muses” the “Stamina of one’s Intention.”
“PASSION” means: “Desire,” Drive,” a willingness to “Sacrifice” for one’s “Goal.”
“TRUST” means: “Faith,” a “Belief” in one’s “Self,” their “Passion” and to avoid the “Ignorance of Other’s Opinions.”

“PATIENCE” means: the willingness to Endure, to Wait, to Continue one’s Desire, it means the Willingness to rely on one’s Self without the help of Technology. “PATIENCE” is the “Driving Force” for one’s “PASSION,” and without it, “Commitment, Discipline, Passion, & Trust does not and cannot exist.

These “FIVE REGIMENS of PRACTICE,” is what makes “Artistic and Musical Geniuses,” “Olympian Athletes,” “Athletic Excellence” in any sport, it means applying the “Whole Physical Body” without the help of Technology. Unfortunately this does not apply or interest this “New Generation” of “YOUNG ACTORS,” whose “Athletic Excellence” is in the thumbs, “Olympian Texters,” “PATIENCE” to them is as foreign as a “Corona Typewriter.”
